UPGRADE EDITION

Okay, we’ll admit it: Your dog probably won’t notice most of our improvements. But we hope everything we’re doing will make drop-off and pick-up quicker and easier for you so your pooch can spend even more time running, chasing and nuzzling their friends.

PARK & PLAY

We just completed a re-work of the parking area in front of our Dog Grove location. This should allow a better parking flow so you can get in and out faster and safer.

EXTRA FAST CREDIT

To streamline your visits, we’re trialing a new credit card processor at Dog Grove. The new system will allow you to store a card on file and should speed things up. If all goes smoothly, we’ll roll this system out to our other locations over the next month or two.

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR

We’ve just approved an upgrade to our HVAC and ventilation system at Hanley so it smells like… nothing at all. No more holding your noses!

INTER-HYPER-ACTIVE

We’re almost there on rolling out a new client interface, in partnership with Gingr. We’re also considering using their app to streamline booking and payment—watch this space for more.
