WE’RE PROUD OF OUR PRIDE

In case you can’t tell, we are full of love at The Watering Bowl. The dogs, the staff, the people on the other end of the leash—it’s a privilege to get to work in an environment that’s not just accepting but celebratory of all of our differences. And it’s all founded on mutual respect and support for one another.

Our cage-free canine community celebrates all breeds of dogs and all varieties of humans. Dogs don’t see labels. They just see new best friends, and we’re proud to follow their lead.

So this pride month, as in years past, we are showing our pride through our customized logo, our shirts and way, way more.

You’ll see us at the Tower Grove Pride 2019 to celebrate our friends and neighbors.

The event is Saturday, June 29, 2019 from 11am to 8pm. It’s free to attend and a chance to enjoy Tower Grove Park with your bestie. We’ll be there to support the humans and their four-legged companions with a cooling station for the dogs who join the festivities. And we hope to see a bunch of you there.

But we know it’s not just about this one event or this particular month.

Pride is a year-round endeavor that we maintain throughout our team at The Watering Bowl. We are constantly amazed by our diverse and dedicated team. They have each other’s backs, and they pour their energy into getting to know each individual dog, each and every day.

In fact, they recently nominated The Watering Bowl as a St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplace for 2019. In all of our nine years, we have not been more honored than to receive this recognition. And we owe it to all of the people who come in and make The Watering Bowl the fun and accepting place it is.

So, yes, we’re proud.

We’re proud to work with outstanding people within an outstanding community. And we thank all of those who have the courage to be themselves and inspire us to do the same. #LetThemLetItOut
