We can’t wait to welcome you back inside our locations. With guidelines evolving daily, it can be confusing to know what to do when and where. Do you keep the mask? Toss it in the trash? Wash it in vinegar and air dry it? Well, we may not have all the answers, but we did pose a few questions to ourselves on your behalf. So feel free to read these aloud to your dog. It might be therapeutic. 

Do I need to wear a mask? 

If you aren’t fully vaccinated with two weeks since your last shot, we ask that you wear your mask. That’s what the CDC is recommending, and our staff would appreciate it.

What about social distancing? 

Please continue to provide 6ft of social distancing space, so everyone can feel comfortable.

Do you have a max capacity?

We do! Each of our locations has a different max capacity, based on interior space, and we post that number on the door. 

Why are your policies changing?

The CDC and St. Louis Department of Health have updated their guidance. We’re attempting to balance the needs of unvaccinated customers with vaccinated ones, while making sure our staff is able to give everyone the service they deserve. We’ll continue to update you as our policies evolve.

Do I need to show my vaccination card?

We will not be checking customers’ vaccination cards. But if you have one, that’s fantastic. 

Will this slow down my TWB experience?

We hope it will speed things up! In any transition it’s possible there will be a bit of disruption as we all adapt, but rest assured we’re doing everything we can to keep this place as fun and care-free as ever.
