WE’LL BE THERE WITH POOP BAGS

According to the calendar your dog keeps and you know nothing about, Canine Carnival is nearly upon us.

And this year, the event is being paired with the Fast and Furriest 5k/1-Mile Walk.

Altogether, it’s one big chance to #DoMoreWithYourDog and raise money for the APA Adoption Center. Win prizes, listen to music, play games, visit food trucks and meet new friends at the carnival that’s built for dogs and the lucky humans who tag along.

Canine Carnival

+ Fast and Furriest 5k 2018

Saturday, September 30

Tilles Park, 9551 Litzsinger Road

10am – 3pm

The Fast and Furriest registration fee is $35/person and includes admission to the entire Carnival.

Tickets for the Carnival (without participating in the race) are $10 for kids and $20 for adults.

Dogs are free everywhere they go in Tilles Park that day.

We are sponsoring the Watering Hole, which is the main drinking area for large dogs. It’s located right next to the VIP tent, and yes, we’ll be there with poop bags. We’ll also have other fun giveaways and staff to meet. And be on the lookout for our water bowls scattered throughout the event.

Our good friends from Schlafly will also have a special VIP Canine Carnival Tent set up that includes beverages, food, soda and water. (And there’s a rumor that they may share some big news at the event.)

VIPs are those who raise a minimum of $250 for the APA via a personal fundraising page. That information can be found here.

All funds from the day’s activities will go toward the APA and their ongoing work build lasting bonds between people and their pets. You can get your tickets right here.

If you’ve attended The Watering Bowl recently, you should be up-to-date on your vaccinations, and if you’ve ever been to an event like this, you know why retractable leashes aren’t a good idea.

And if you need a non-retractable leash, we know just where you can get one. It’s very stylish.
