There’s a lot going on at The Watering Bowl. Check back here often to stay up on the latest. And be sure to check our facebook page to see how much fun we had at past events.
Just in time for whatever gift-giving occasion is right around the corner, The Watering Bowl is now offering gift certificates. (Took us long enough, right?)
CONGRATULATIONS TO FARLEY AND BENTLEY ON WINNING A FREE NIGHT’S STAY AT TWB WHILE THEIR PARENTS, KRISTI SCHWARTZ, ANDY SPITZ AND MONICA CERNICH, GO TO SEE THE CARDS AND CUBS ON JUNE 19TH!
At The Watering Bowl, we always encourage quality time with your pup. But every once in a while, it’s nice to spend a night out on the town without having to hurry home.
Finally, the weather is starting to brighten up. And we are more than ready at The Watering Bowl, where a full day of play includes not only our large, indoor, climate-controlled play area but also our expansive, fenced outdoor area.
It’s no secret that we’re huge proponents of adoption. Last month, thanks to our amazing supporters, we were able to raise over $3,000 for Stray Rescue of St. Louis during Day For Strays.
Feast your eyes on the latest (and only) addition to The Watering Bowl fleet of vehicles engineered to safely transport dogs to and from both of our locations.
While we stopped short of offering a Do-Not-Disturb sign, we do offer room service in our spacious, quiet, new kennels at our Brentwood location.
The kennels provide more room, more privacy and a comfortable home away from home for our overnight boarding guests.
Dogs are social. People with dogs are more social than those without. And our business has grown thanks in large part to those social animals who have helped spread the word.
So, to show our appreciation, we offer a free day of play to anyone who recommends a friend to join our cage-free canine community.
We have a special place in our hearts for strays. And on Monday, March 4th, we invite you to join us in assisting Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
On that day, all proceeds from both of our locations will be donated to help abandoned, abused and neglected dogs in all of our backyards.
It’s part of our ongoing commitment to our best friends.
By all accounts, the Dog Parade was a howling success. We had over 40 people walking in our group, along with several TWB family members of the four-legged variety. We gave out some handy-dandy poop bag dispensers and limited-edition TWB frisbees to much fanfare. Thank you to everyone who attended despite the iffy weather. And thanks to those who learned what a poop bag dispenser was before putting it to good use in Soulard! See you there next year.
You think you love a parade? Wait ‘til your dog gets in the middle of one. Join The Watering Bowl as we make our third annual appearance at the Soulard Mardi Gras dog parade Sunday, February 3rd.
We wouldn’t put it past them. We’ve got some pretty smart customers. But for the time being, we’re going to go ahead and do the tweeting. If you’re on Twitter, feel free to follow us @TheWateringBowl. If you’re not on Twitter, this is a pretty good reason to join.
