Dogs In Search Of Great People

We like to think of ourselves as a great place for dogs to spend a day. Or a few days. And come to think of it, nights, too. Shoot, they can even get pampered in our Paw Spaw.

Point being, it’s a pretty nice set up for our clientele.

But the not-so-secret truth is: dogs love it here because people love it here.

Specifically, our staff. They’re incredible. They love dogs, and not just in the way that people who say they love dogs love dogs. They spend time with them. They get to know them. They watch over them. They clean up after them. They truly invest themselves in the happiness of the four-legged customers who come to stay with us.

And we couldn’t be more grateful. But we could always use more like-minded people.

So, if you know anyone who you think might be a great fit within our cage-free canine community, send ‘em over to our online application form here.

And if you’re curious to know more about what it’s like to work here, check out some of our staff spotlights. In fact, there’s a new one this month on Eric Skinner.

The dogs love him.

We believe in spending our working hours doing what we love. And we have a very open culture here. (What else would you expect from a place where your customers run around smelling each other all day?)

But beyond all the intrinsic value of doing something you love, we also offer benefits aimed at inspiring happiness in those responsible for keeping our visitors happy.

Those include:

  • Healthcare
  • Retirement
  • Vet visits
  • Adoption reimbursement

And a lot more, including the ability to bring your dog to work.

Over the years, we’ve managed to find great people for each of our three locations. And many have found us through their friends who are employees, and some have come to us from the other side of the check-in counter.

So, we welcome our extended TWB family, or someone you may know, to take a look at working with our crew. And if you have a reference from a dog, all the better.
